» Diploma in Human Resource Management(HRM)

The course in aimed at individuals aspiring to or already involved in Human Resources and Training Management, and can use this course to supplement their theoretical knowledge of managing individuals and groups at work. It is recognized as a qualification that supports the strategy implementation by numerous institutions and business organisations. The course is intended to equip trainees with knowledge, skills and attitudes required for the purposeful management of employees within an institution, to generate a work force that is both efficient and effective and to achieve the desired results for the organization and the individual.

This course aims will expose students to strategic approaches to human resources management, with special emphasis on current management practices relating to equity, diversity and employee rights among others. Students will be also be exposed to techniques and procedures such as HRM planning, recruitment and selection, labour relations, performance management, compensation management, training and development, health and safety and international HRM. The candidates will also get to understand the strategic role of HRM in realization of organizational goals.

» Certificate in Online Journalism

  • Certificate in Secretarial studies with a credit pass in every KNEC subject or a first class pass in every Pitman paper and at least 80 words per minute shorthand speed.

The course enables one to become versatile, independent, assertive and multi-skilled to achieve his/her full potential.

This course is aims at providing bridging qualification in Mathematics for students who required mathematics to enroll for other courses and may not have met the requisite minimum grade
