Dr. Dan Kagagi

He is the Chief Executive of the Tourism Trust Fund, in Nairobi , Kenya . A lawyer by profession having been educated at Leeds University in the United Kingdom , where he gained his LLB and PhD. He taught for a few years at the University before moving to Kenya where he practiced law with a leading law firm. He developed an interest in financial services and later formed Corporate & Pension Trust Services Ltd. Thereafter he joined the Tourism Trust Fund as Chief Executive. He is also a non-executive director of African Alliance Investment Bank Kenya . Dr Kagagi has been a speaker at numerous conferences and has published several papers. He is widely traveled and enjoys observing wildlife. He enjoys sport and has interests in aviation and sailing. He is also a keen contributor to charitable activities.

Mr. David Namu

Mr. Namu is a 1967 graduate of the University of East Africa (Dar-es-Salaam College), with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Economics and History. He joined the Civil Service in April 1967 as an Assistant Auditor in the Exchequer and Audit Department and rose to the position of Principal Auditor. From 1972 to 1978 he worked for the Office of the President in various capacities. He served as a Permanent Secretary in various ministries between 1982 and 1991. He was the first holder of the post of Principal Administrative Secretary. He was promoted the position of Permanent Secretary in November, 1982. He served as Permanent Secretary for nine years to 1991 in the Ministries of Livestock Development, Agriculture and Livestock Development; Commerce and Industry; and Tourism and Wildlife respectively. In April 1991, he was seconded to Kenya Airways as Chief General Manager under a newly appointed Board, mandated to restructure, commercialize and privatize the airline, a task which was completed very successfully. He was honoured with the award of the Order of the Elder of Burning Spear, (EBS), in 1994. He was appointed Chairman of the State Corporations Advisory Committee in November, 2003, a position he currently holds.

Mr. David Mutiso

Mr. Mutiso is an Architect by profession and has wide experience in town planning. He is a former Senior Partner with Mutiso Menezes International and has work experience in the United Kingdom, Italy, Zanzibar and Bangladesh. He was the first indigenous Chief Government Architect in Kenya and a committed professional. He brings into KSPS wide experience, both local and international. He has served in various capacities in several professional associations, government bodies, and training institutions. Mr. Mutiso is a consultant who has authored several publications. As a senior partner, he had the overall responsibility of overseeing major private and government building projects.

Mr. Nathaniel kang'ethe

Nathaniel Kang'ethe was the first African Accountant General of the East African Community, a post which he held for 4 years. He later worked as Financial Controller of the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC) for 5 years before moving into private practice. He is the Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi, Kenya - representing the Eastern Africa hub of Saatchi & Saatchi worldwide, and Chairman of Africa Practice East Africa Ltd. Mr Kang'ethe is also a board member of the Kenya Revenue Authority.

Mr. Sam Njuguna

Born on 26th February 1940 Educated in Nyeri High School, Royal College Nairobi and university of Connecticut Boston U.S.A. Also attended management programs in UK and U.S.A. Member of Kenya Institute of Management. Worked in East African Posts &Telecoms in 1963 to 1972 and BAT Kenya Ltd as Human Resources Manager from 1973 to 1985. From 1985-1990 was Managing Director school of Professional studies. 1990 to- date management consultant and trainer with PAX Professional Consultants Ltd. From 1999 to date chairman Fourstars Insurance Brokers Ltd.From 2009 to date –Trustee Inoreero University.
